Terms of Service

By accessing or using Shark Learning ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Shark Learning

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription. The Service is intended for use by parents, teachers, tutors, and homeschoolers on behalf of children — not by children directly.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may use downloaded worksheets in your own classroom or homeschool with a free or Pro account. Each account is for one adult and must not be shared. For multiple teacher accounts or school-wide access, contact us about a school license.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Free and paid tiers

Browse and preview without an account. Guests can download up to 10 free worksheets before being asked to sign up. A free account removes that guest limit for free worksheets. Worksheets marked Pro require Shark Pro. Free accounts include monthly allowances for AI worksheet generation, QR answer checking, and Puzzle Maker. Shark Pro increases those allowances, unlocks Pro-only worksheets and the Quiz Builder, the Practice Test Builder, and provides an ad-free experience. See pricing for current monthly limits. Online practice is available for supported worksheets. Look for the Practice button to answer questions in your browser and receive feedback; not every worksheet has an interactive version.

We reserve the right to change what is included in the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Payments and cancellations

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

We offer a 7-day refund on your first payment if you are unsatisfied. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to [email protected].

5. Content and intellectual property

All worksheets, images, and generated content on Shark Learning are owned by or licensed to us. You may download, print, and use worksheets for personal, classroom, or homeschool use only.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or claim ownership of our content. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. AI-generated content

Worksheets generated via our AI tools are provided for educational use. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Always review AI-generated worksheets before distributing them to students.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular worksheet will be suitable for your needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shark Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.
