Introduce all five forms on an anchor chart. For who vs. whom teach the him/them swap test: if you can answer with him/them → whom; if you can answer with he/they → who.

Common Mistakes
  • Using 'who' where 'whom' is required as object
  • Confusing 'what' and 'which' — explain that 'which' implies a limited set of options
